Meet your Herbalist
Hello and Welcome!!
My journey into herbalism began the way many meaningful callings do—with curiosity, a love for the natural world, and a longing to understand how God designed plants to support us.
What started as simple self-study soon grew into years of formal education, training, and mentorship. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Herbal Medicine at the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
Before stepping fully into herbalism, I spent 12 years teaching yoga, guiding students through practices of breath, movement, and stillness. Those years shaped me deeply. They taught me how to hold space with compassion, how the body carries both stress and resilience, and how healing always begins with seeing the whole person.
Herbal medicine became a natural extension of that work. My clinical training allows me to bring an evidence-based approach to every client, while my years of self-study and hands-on practice keep me grounded in the everyday, practical ways plants nurture and sustain us. My work blends the science of physiology with the art of tradition to offer support that is both rooted and relevant.
Above all, my calling as an herbalist is rooted in love—the love of plants, the love of people, and the love of God who made both. All are welcome here, and all are deeply loved.
Warmly,
Brittany Schork, Clinical Herbalist
